Delivery and Returns

At the moment I am only offering U.K. delivery because of all the changes with laws, tariffs etc. Hopefully this will change in the future.

U.K deliveries

Smaller items wing their way to you via Royal Mail tracked 24

Larger pieces travel by Parcelforce or courier

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from when you place the order

A little note on delays-Please note I have no control over delivery services but will always aim to help if your parcel hasn’t arrived.

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. I am therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. 

I will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by my negligence). You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and I will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returns

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however I understand that there might be times you wish to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied please contact me as soon as possible, stating why you want to return your order. 

Please return in the original inner packaging undamaged, and then use the original outer packaging. If this has been damaged in transit please use a similarly sturdy box, ensuring all sides are well protected internally with the packaging supplied. 

I can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 2 weeks from when you contact me, providing the item is unused, in original condition with inner packaging undamaged. I cannot be responsible for breakages of returned items if they are not adequately packed.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from my website otherwise please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from.

I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind, and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival please photograph the damaged packaging and item and contact me within 48 hours.
